Rebrand + Store Experience

This project highlights my role as the owner of Sweets-N-Treats, where I led a full rebrand and redesigned the in-store customer experience. Originally a small local candy shop, I transformed the business into a more elevated, visually cohesive brand by updating its aesthetic, product offerings, and overall atmosphere.
I developed a new visual identity that aligned with a modern, playful, and trendy audience while still maintaining the charm of a small-town business. This included redesigning menus, creating new product presentations, and curating the in-store layout to enhance the customer experience. I also introduced new items such as specialty drinks, desserts, and event-style offerings to expand the brand beyond its original concept.
In addition to the visual and experiential updates, I applied marketing strategies through social media and in-store promotions to increase engagement and attract new customers. This project demonstrates my ability to combine creative direction with business strategy, using design and branding to directly impact customer perception and sales.

This project showcases my work designing both digital and print menus for Sweets-N-Treats as part of the brand’s overall rebrand and store experience transformation. My goal was to create a menu that felt elevated, cohesive, and easy to navigate while aligning with the brand’s playful yet polished aesthetic.
I focused heavily on layout and typography to ensure the menu was visually appealing but still highly functional for customers. This included organizing items into clear categories, emphasizing key products, and designing with readability in mind for both in-store screens and printed formats. I also made strategic decisions on spacing, hierarchy, and color usage to guide the customer’s eye and improve ordering efficiency.
Additionally, I designed the menu to work across multiple formats—displayed digitally on in-store screens and printed for physical use—requiring adaptability in sizing and resolution. This project demonstrates my ability to merge design and usability, creating a piece that not only represents the brand visually but also enhances the overall customer experience.

This project highlights my role in planning and promoting a Galentine’s Day Cupcake Decorating Class for Sweets-N-Treats. I developed the event concept to increase community engagement, drive in-store traffic, and create a unique, experience-based offering beyond traditional product sales.
I designed promotional graphics and implemented a targeted social media strategy to attract a local audience, leveraging Instagram and Facebook to generate interest and drive sign-ups. I also created event listings on platforms such as Eventbrite to streamline registration and improve customer accessibility.
In addition to marketing the event, I coordinated the overall experience, including scheduling, materials, and in-store setup, to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for attendees. This project demonstrates my ability to combine creative marketing with event execution, using strategic planning and design to create engaging, revenue-generating experiences for a small business.

This project showcases the development and execution of a 12-day holiday promotion campaign for Sweets-N-Treats titled “12 Days of Sweets-Mas.” The campaign was designed to increase daily customer engagement, drive consistent foot traffic, and build a stronger connection with the local community during the holiday season.
I created a structured campaign calendar featuring a different event, promotion, or activity each day, including themed experiences, giveaways, and community-centered activities. Alongside the planning process, I designed promotional graphics and managed social media content to maintain consistent visibility and excitement throughout the campaign.
A key component of this project was integrating both digital marketing and in-person experiences. I used platforms like Instagram and Facebook to promote daily, while also organizing in-store events that encouraged repeat visits and customer interaction. This campaign demonstrates my ability to think strategically about long-term engagement, using creative marketing and event planning to turn a seasonal promotion into a multi-day customer experience.

This project showcases the development of a comprehensive marketing plan for Postly, a conceptual AI-powered social media management app created as part of my Marketing & Entrepreneurship coursework. The goal of this project was to develop a comprehensive strategy for launching and positioning a digital product in a competitive market.
I conducted market research to identify target audiences, analyze industry trends, and define the app’s unique value proposition. From there, I developed key components of the marketing plan, including customer segmentation, branding, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics. I also created visual materials, such as pitch-style slides, to communicate the concept clearly and professionally.
This project demonstrates my ability to think beyond content creation and execute high-level strategic planning. It highlights my understanding of how to take an idea from concept to market-ready positioning, combining creativity with analytical thinking to build a strong and scalable brand foundation.

This project showcases the development of an experiential marketing campaign concept for a collaboration between Lululemon and Shanti Balance titled “Plant a Tree NYC.” The goal of this campaign was to create a meaningful, immersive experience that connects consumers to environmental awareness through interactive participation.
I designed a full event concept centered around sustainability, where participants would engage in a hands-on activity of planting a tree while learning about environmental impact. The campaign included mission statements, audience engagement strategies, and a breakdown of experiential elements that focused on emotional, educational, and physical interaction.
Additionally, I created visual materials and layout designs to communicate the concept clearly, including branding elements and a rendered event setup. This project demonstrates my ability to think creatively while aligning brand values with consumer experience, developing a campaign that is both impactful and strategically driven.

This project showcases a comprehensive brand and marketing audit of Twisted Tea, developed as part of my New Media Internet Technologies coursework. The goal of this assignment was to analyze the brand’s current positioning, target audience, and marketing strategies to better understand its success and opportunities for growth.
I conducted research on the company’s background, product offerings, and branding approach, evaluating how Twisted Tea communicates with its audience across different platforms. I also analyzed its visual identity, messaging, and overall market presence, identifying both strengths and areas where the brand could expand its reach.
Through this process, I developed insights into how established brands maintain relevance while adapting to new audiences. This project demonstrates my ability to critically evaluate a brand from both a creative and strategic perspective, using research and analysis to inform marketing decisions and potential improvements.

This project showcases the development of a merchandising directive for a conceptual skincare brand, Joy Skin Care, created as part of my Design Strategies coursework. The goal of this assignment was to build a cohesive brand identity and translate it into a visual and experiential retail strategy.
I developed the brand’s narrative, focusing on themes of sustainability, natural ingredients, and holistic well-being. From there, I created a merchandising plan that included product presentation, packaging concepts, and an e-commerce homepage design to reflect the brand’s identity across both physical and digital spaces.

This project showcases the redesign and revision of an existing employee handbook for Sweets-N-Treats. The goal was to transform an outdated and less effective document into a clear, organized, and user-friendly resource for employees.
I began by analyzing the original handbook to identify areas of improvement in structure, clarity, tone, and usability. From there, I rewrote and reorganized the content to improve readability, ensuring that information was presented in a logical and accessible way. I focused on simplifying language, removing unnecessary complexity, and creating consistency throughout the document.
In addition to rewriting the content, I redesigned the layout to enhance visual hierarchy and navigation, making it easier for employees to quickly find and understand key information. This project demonstrates my ability to critically evaluate existing materials and apply technical communication principles to improve both content and design, resulting in a more effective and professional document.

This project showcases the development of an interactive Tableau dashboard analyzing global patterns in social media usage and mental fatigue. The goal was to transform raw data into a clear, visual narrative that allows users to explore relationships between social media behavior and mental well-being.
I organized and visualized the data using multiple chart types, including scatter plots and a choropleth map, to highlight trends in daily usage, engagement levels, and variations across countries. I focused on creating a cohesive layout that guides the viewer through the data, using visual hierarchy and labeling to make complex information easier to understand.

I focused on arranging the products in a dynamic layout, using repetition, spacing, and layering to guide the viewer’s eye throughout the composition. Lighting and color played a key role in the design, as I incorporated contrasting tones and highlights to enhance depth and create a visually striking image.
In addition to styling the products, I applied creative direction to establish a clear visual concept inspired by vintage photography and film culture. This project showcases a photo essay titled The City of Angels and The Sons of Gods, which was featured in WOLF Magazine. The goal of this project was to document and tell the stories of individuals in Los Angeles through a combination of photography and written narrative.
I captured portraits and moments that reflect the realities of life in the city, focusing on individuals whose stories are often overlooked. Alongside the photography, I incorporated written narratives and quotes to provide deeper context and create an emotional connection between the subject and the viewer.
In addition to producing the content, I designed the layout of the photo essay, organizing images and text in a way that guides the reader through the story. This project demonstrates my ability to combine visual and written communication to create meaningful, human-centered storytelling that goes beyond aesthetics and captures real experiences.

I led the overall creative vision, including concept development, styling direction, model coordination, and on-set production. I curated wardrobe, locations, and visual elements to ensure a cohesive look across all images, while also directing the shoot to capture strong, dynamic compositions.
In addition to overseeing the creative direction, I managed the production process, coordinating talent and ensuring the execution aligned with the original concept. This project showcases my role as Volunteer Manager and FOH/COH Operations Lead for F/Row Fashion Week during both New York Fashion Week (NYFW) and Los Angeles Fashion Week (LAFW). I was responsible for managing and coordinating a team of 50–70 volunteers across multiple departments, including front of house, back of house, styling, and production.
I developed detailed schedules, assigned roles, and ensured clear communication across all teams to support the execution of high-profile fashion shows. My responsibilities included overseeing check-in processes, coordinating backstage operations, and managing real-time problem solving during live events to ensure everything ran smoothly.
In addition to logistics, I created structured documents such as call sheets, task breakdowns, and operational guides to streamline workflow and maintain organization throughout the production process. This project demonstrates my ability to lead large teams in fast-paced environments, manage complex operations, and contribute to the successful execution of major industry events.

This project highlights my experience as an Assistant Wardrobe Stylist for the Netflix series Selling Sunset, working directly with cast member Breana Tiesi. In this role, I supported both the creative and logistical aspects of styling for on-camera appearances.
Beyond on-set assistance, I was responsible for behind-the-scenes coordination, including showroom pulls, managing wardrobe inventory, and organizing looks for filming. I communicated directly with brands and designers through email to request pieces, coordinate returns, and maintain professional relationships, ensuring a smooth workflow between production and fashion partners.
I also utilized tools like Google Sheets to track wardrobe pieces and scheduling, and Canva for visual organization when needed. This experience demonstrates my ability to manage both creative styling and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced production environment, contributing to the execution of polished, on-screen looks.
